Original pen & ink rendering. Located between Yachats and Florence, about 12 miles north of Florence, on the west side of 1,000-ft-high Heceta Head, it stands 205 feet above the ocean. The historic assistant light keepers’ house, Heceta House, was built in 1893 and offers Bed and Breakfast rentals and facilities for group events.
