Particular Time of Day is an original pen & ink portrait, using a combination of techniques, such as pointillism, stroke-work, and some cross-hatching. It is actually the second time that I have rendered this subject, as the first time around he was framed and part of my collection, which was lost in the 2020 Labor Day Weekend fires that took our home, and everything else with it. I am pleased to have him rejoin the collection, since the first time around I never had him scanned for reproductions or posterity.
